Carters Lake, Lakeside Cabin #9, includes free boat slip at the Marina

Located right on beautiful Carters Lake, this cozy cabin offers a gorgeous lake view from the covered porch, plus a free boat slip at the marina making this a great getaway for lake lovers.
10 cabins are available at Carters Lake Marina & Resort, this cabin is one of our newer cabins, offering 2 queen bedrooms plus a king bed in the loft. 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, covered porch, living room.
Cabin guests have access to a courtesy dock at the marina for fishing & boating.

The space
Located within a gated area of the marina, 4 of the newer cabins are available with a shared fire pit, great for family and friends to share.
Due to our location we are unable to offer wifi to our guests but most guests use their cellular service for internet and the cabin has a Smart TV.

Other things to note
• To rent a cabin, you must be over 25 and no parties are allowed. Quiet hours 10 pm – 10 am.
• Under 21 to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Only registered guests at cabin, no extra day visitors.
• A Rental agreement will be sent and needs to be signed before arrival.
• Please contact the marina before reserving multiple cabins for the same group.
• Check-in is from 4 pm – 6 pm, no check in after 6 pm without prior arrangement.
• You must let us know before making your reservation if you need late check in to avoid losing your rental payment. We are located in a rural area without street lights.
• No trailers to be taken to, or parked at, the cabin, max 2 vehicles at cabin.
• Linens and towels are provided, kitchen is fully equipped (no dish washer), just bring food.
• We provide dish soap, toilet paper & garbage bags.
• No smoking inside the cabin.
• Cabin has a covered porch with a view of the lake, with rocking chairs and a picnic table
• No lake access from cabin due to the steep terrain.
• Cabin is equipped with flat screen SmartTV, no cable or Wi-Fi, but good cellular reception from most major carriers.
• Outdoor charcoal grill and fire ring provided (please follow area wind/burn advisory).
• One free, uncovered, boat slip on the marina courtesy dock is provided with cabin rental, no power available. When available, a covered dock with power is $20 per night.
• Cabin guests are allowed to fish from courtesy dock only, all other docks are private.
• No fish cleaning at cabins, no fish waste to be placed in garbage.
• A $300 hold will be placed on a credit card, held by marina directly. Renter will be contacted for a credit card number before check-in. Damages over $300 will be charged to card.
• No pets allowed.
• Any indoor or outdoor furniture must be returned to original position if moved
• Nothing to be hung from or thrown from balconies.
• All dishes must be washed and put away before check out.
• Cabin to be left clean and tidy, all garbage to be removed.
• Leave beds unmade, if used, and place dirty towels inside bath tub.
• Linens and towels may be exchanged for clean at the marina office from 10 am to 5 pm.
Guest access
Access to courtesy dock for fishing. All other docks are private.


*A refundable damage deposit of 300usd will be directly collected by the host.

*Host requires a driver license or gov't issued Id with home address.
