"Porch chairs need replacing badly. The main floor couch, though inviting, finds one challenged to sit up. Same with game room. MBR chair is optimal. Wireless does not support streaming services well. Excellent kitchen, dining, stove, fridge, appliances. DR table with view very nice. Need to convert cleaning closet into pantry for guests supplies. Proximity to main road a little off putting. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were modern and enjoyable.Down side "

"The Mountain View’s on the property are the best around. Sunsets right in front of the deck and you see a sunset almost every night. The river down below would be visible in the winter. Otherwise the view is beautiful with the woods and distant mountain ranges. There is a gravel road just less than a mile up that leads down to the river if you decide you want to hike to the river."

"Very responsive host!! Was a cozy roomy Cottage perfectly designed inside. It was nicely decorated for Christmas with a cute little welcome basket. Comfy beds and pillows with layered linen. Very clean!! All the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of activities inside and outside for everyone. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within ten miles of Ellijay and Blue Ridge!!"

It had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. I spent my vacation CLEANING.
