"We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. "

It is in the Amish county but at the same time located close enough to restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy and market. Kim was very responsive and not overbearing. She gave us our space and privacy but was available...

I had trouble getting information because I did not download VRBO APP, also had trouble with door lock, instructions for door lock did not match the lock on the door. Owner was available and helpful. "We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. Not a place to stay with children or if you value your vehicle...

Absolutely beautiful interior, comfortable beds, everything we needed to cook and enjoy time together. The wooded area and park across the street were lovely.
