"This was our second stay, and the first time we took our son trout fishing. The property is beautiful. The river was low and we didn't catch anything, but still had a great time. If I'm nit-picking, the living room could use a simple throw blanket. The stored ones are itchy and give me flashbacks to my grandma's house in the 80s. "We loved this pet friendly cabin! Proximity to the water for fishing was absolutely perfect (steps off the back porch) and the view from the cabin is beautiful! Very peaceful location. Hot tub was a great additional feature, with the same great view of the water. Ample firewood provided for the wood burning stove for our weekend stay. Absolute only downside of this location would be that you are not able to have an outdoor fire."

"First and foremost, the condo was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I loved that it had a little balcony to enjoy my coffee in the morning and to view stars at night. It is in a beautiful setting and only 4 miles from Davis, where you can find places to eat. The location is ideal for visiting many natural areas and Blackwater State Park. It was very quiet the week we were there in early October too."
