Would like to keep coming here but check in time both times we have come here has been extemely long. This time we weren't informed that the elevator was not working until we were all the way checked in. Not good for older folks who have problems with stairs. Pool and hot tub hasnt been working for more than a month.

Upon check in I provided a credit card for a $100 charge for incidentals. The clerk ran the card and said it was declined. I immediately logged onto my bank using my mobile device and showed her where the bank approved the $100 charge. She then asked for a $100 cash deposit when I gave her. At 0330 in the morning my bank called me because there had been $1000 worth of charges made on my card after I checked in and she ran my card.

The property was okay, and the rate was lower than that of surrounding properties. The room could use updating - older mattress and sofa, etc. If you want to save twenty dollars, it's a good choice - just don't expect it to be new.

I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites, this by far is the poorest quality I’ve ever seen. What I would expect of a third rate, roadside motel tbh. CI&S corporate folks should make a visit to this hotel to see what this location is doing to their brand.

Bedding had stains!!! Looked like semen stains. All layers of bedding were dirty not only in my room but in a family members room. There was a scorch mark on the floor in shape of an iron.

Though the staff was very nice, the property was very run-down and the room was disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years, there were stains on the furniture, the curtains reeked of smoke, etc. After finding several stains on the sheets (both top sheet and fitted sheet had what looked like semen and blood all over them), we opted to get a refund and stay somewhere else. Eddie at the front desk was very professional and helped us get a refund quickly. When we left, there was a homeless man camped out in the parking lot.

The staff seem very nice but this property is really really run down and very outdated (moldy plastic flowers, matted carpeting,etc) I think I'm the only person staying here, which feels a bit eerie. Expedia site showed a pool and hot tub but these are both closed and have been closed for a long time. Expedia should not be advertising this as a place with pool/hot tub. The person at the front desk offered to cancel my stay when I realized the pool and hot but were closed, but I had been on the road for 9 hours and didn't have the energy to switch. I can't believe I paid over $100 for this room when there are many other hotels nearby.

Room was filthy. Areas hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Shower was barely usable both water pressure and direction well below standards. Staff were pleasant but I wouldn’t ever consider staying there again
