"This is a great hotel and staff that I talked to were great. When I arrived the room was not clean and beds were not made and in the days I was there it was never cleaned. Front desk said it would be."

"The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night. There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho. However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer."

"I booked a 1 bed with king...I am give 2 gween room...right away went and said something, desk tells me that's what Expedia booked for you..I showed my reservation and she said stat strange..but I can't do anything..you booked 3rd party..want Hilton points, I said I can't spend points or it won't make my bed correct...bad place...no parking and bring your laughter for breakfast.."

"This is a fresh of breath air in the hotel chain world. I’ve stayed at a two other properties by her chains over the past couple of months and they do not take care of their properties very well. I did forget until now there were a couple of things, the main shower head is rusty, I have a medical condition that makes me check the shower head before using. Also, the pool had some small like hair debris and the water was cold. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if the price was...

"The outside of the property was very well kept. The rooms were very clean. The amenities were well supplied. The only show I had was the inside pool was extremely dirty. The pool is full of sand or possibly grout from the tile. I spoke to the front desk the second night of our stay and asked if they would be cleaning the pool before it opened the next day he replied that they shocked the pool on Wednesdays and I said that's not cleaning it because of pool is full of bugs and extremely dirty and...

"When arrived there was no power. While the power outage was due to a storm, we were not contacted ahead of time of the situation. They did nothing to make the situation right. The power didn't come on until 2 in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways had no lights and we were not sorry they didn't have any flashlights. No hot water since there was no power. We were told we could open the windows, they opened about an inch. There...
