"Will use again. Great unit, great location, quiet and very private. The house was fabulously appointed and everything you could need for the stay!"

"A perfect price/quality ratio. Very close to the convention center, which was exactly what we needed for the CIM. The apartment had everything we needed, including *very* comfortable beds. (The Keurig machine didn't work, though, but that's okay as there was a french press.)"

"Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. "

"Overall, the stay was wonderful. Lorraine was a great host who was always quick to respond, house was as described, and check-in and check-out was simple. One of my friends accidentally left a bag and Lorraine notified us right away. Thank you again for being such a great host and for the little birthday touch. "

"If you’re looking for a beautiful spot look no further than this treasure tucked away in beautiful Sacramento. I wish I got to spend more time in the home to enjoy its offering of peace. I will definitely consider it again if I find myself in the area. Thank you hosts for a safe space. "

"The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming. We...

"We loved the charm and uniqueness of the hobbit house….So fun and magical! Loved hanging in the backyard at the pool and especially eating all our meals outside on the patio and covered patio at night. Highly recommend! Oh….playing pool with family was a blast!"

"We had a wonderful stay in El Dorado Hills. The property is beyond fully equipped. It offers amazing views of Folsom Lake facing west for nice sunsets and the home neighborhood is great for walking to the nearby parks. We had lots of nice wildlife around including deer, peacocks and hawks flying at eye level. The owners provided a very clean space, updated appliances to cook and a very warm welcome to a great space. I would highly recommend this VRBO. "

"The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. ...

"Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house."
