"Lori Jo is an excellent host and responded quickly to all my questions. Her home is very clean, well decorated and has a comfortable couch to read or watch tv. The rocking chairs and porch swings make sitting outside very enjoyable. The queen bed is very firm (this is not a complaint as I know all beds are different) and we did leave a day early as my husband didn't sleep well. We caught a few bluegill and some bass while there. "Fantastic location for visiting Mammoth Cave. Beautiful farm location and super quiet around the property. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for cooking as well as tons of towels and linens. Easy check-in and check out, and the cabin was the perfect size for two adults."

"We loved everything about the Log Cabin at Nolin Lake. The cabin felt very cozy yet had plenty of room for a family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed and then some. Had plenty for kids to do, video and board games, puzzles and an outdoor rope swing. Loved sitting on the back porch, with plenty of seating. Would have been fun to use the fire ring, but we had 90 degree days. Convenient in that it had a restroom on every floor. Would definitely like to come back...

We especially loved the visits from the chickens, deer, and the owners’ sweet dogs. "Our family found the perfect house! Every thing was so easy from booking to checking in and out! The house was stocked with everything you could need and the owners were amazing to deal with! The lake was a walk to get to but not too bad. We took the paddle boards out and the kids loved it as much as we did! We can’t wait for our next stay! "
