"Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again."

"The host is very nice and responsive. But...No paper towels or hand soap. No way to control the temperature. It was 66 and we were all pretty cold as the temp outside was 30 or below. Fireplace does not bring up the temp. The property smells like cigarette smoke. There were plenty of air freshners but those combined with the smoke odor really flared my allergies. It was very strong to me- but it may not bother someone else."

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"Gostei muito da minha estadia. O prédio é relativamente novo e tudo estava muito limpo e bem conservado. Os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos, educados e solícitos durante toda a hospedagem. Desta vez ficamos em um quarto com banheiro privativo e cama de casal. O quarto era amplo, muito confortável, e a cama também excelente. Um detalhe que gostei bastante foi a disponibilidade de quatro travesseiros. O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, que estava com pouca pressão de água. Tirando isso, a experiência foi ótima. A localização é um dos maiores destaques: fica na linha E do metrô, que faz ligação direta com o aeroporto, além de estar muito perto de atrações como o Central Park, Times Square e Rockefeller Center. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé ou com poucos minutos de metrô. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo!"
