"Very comfortable and cute home. Well-located near State St and lots of things to do in both New Albany and Louisville. Perfect for our little family, even our dog!"

"We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll...

"Kitchen lacked essentials, the oven wasn't usable, and the fridge didnt work when we got there. There are animals living in the ceilings. The tv and ceiling fan in the master bedroom were broken. The grill was unusable. All the dishes had to be rewashed before they could be used. "

"Everything was good, just the location was a bit noisy, but that comes with the area! "

"Nice place, cool location"

"Don't waste your time. You will be reimbursed half your money unless you take pictures just don't do it at all"

"Only about 15-20 minutes to Louisville KY. Had a great time!"

"This place was incredible! The space, the beauty and such a magnificent location! The host was prompt to respond to all messages! The game room was great but we didn’t really get to enjoy it. We also enjoyed all the planes overhead. The front porch with your morning coffee was phenomenal! There are no words for this. It’s a must if you need a place to stay!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!"
