"The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."

"Our cabin worked really well for our family of 5 adults for an interstate family birthday. Walking distance to family, the beach, lagoon and local shops and clubs. Water views. We didn’t use many of the cabin facilities as we spent most of our time elsewhere with family, but our grandkids loved the playground. "The staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are quite dated, which was a little disappointing given the price point of $450+ per night. Our room was located directly above a wedding reception, and the noise was very loud until after 11pm. I think rooms on that side of the property would be better allocated to wedding guests, as it would likely have less impact on their stay. "This was the least expensive hotel i could find in Wollongong so it was pretty good for the money. Good shared bathroom. Great shower. Needs soap in the bathrooms. Bedroom small tidy but very smelly. I cleaned the remote control with a towel and it was very dirty. Water pipes very noisy. A lamp and a box of tissues would be good in the room. Staff were very nice. I went to get some milk and the young woman at the bar was straight onto it. "

"Toilet ran out of toilet paper, and the spare rolls under the sink were completely soaked from water, don't know where the water was coming from. The bathroom ledge was completely covered in dead flying insects, and the couch was like sitting in concrete. All night all you could hear was banging doors, as all door entries would slam shut. Sliding glass door to the balcony was absolutely filthy from dirt that hadn't been cleaned in months."
