"Lakeside Boathouse is a cosy property. It is for two couples to get away to a quiet, peaceful place. It was perfect for our needs, as we did spend a lot time fishing while it was close to a workshop a couple of signed up for. I would definitely recommend a nice stay at Lakeside Boathouse. Luisa looks after this property and she is amazing and her communication skills are 10 out 10."

"We loved many things about our stay, but some things need to be noted given the premium price: 1. The showers have a hose, you need to hold with your hand, so showing is difficult. With that, one of the showers only produced cold water so for 6 people we were a little confined. I saw many comments years ago about this very issue, shame they haven’t installed shower heads as that’s a cheap fix. 2. The property is near a bush and we did see mice and many creatures running through the kitchen even...

"Karen's Place is a tranquil place, plenty of room and all in it that you need. Very relaxing with the rainforest surrounds and large balcony."

"Stayed over Easter, great property with so much to do…table tennis, basketball, golf, pool table, swimming and for night time, a great fire pit…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well kept"

"Location was good, being walking distance to One Mile Beach and the sand dunes. There were also a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. The accommodation was not very clean. There was a smell of dog, sticky carpet, stains and lots of dust behind the mattresses and in the toilet area. Price was reasonable but even for an older furnished house the cleanliness issue was not expected."

"Gorgeous home that embraces you with comfort, relaxation and peace! My favourite is lounge surfing around the vast old Aussie Verandah as the sun moves across the sky reading, writing, drawing. Beach and bush walks, our Jack Russels feel at home. Evelyn and Kerry are kindness itself and incredibly helpful with tips on local fare!"

"A lovely home that felt immediately relaxed. We enjoyed the set-up, mood and ease of the home. The back deck with its screened walls was a real treat and became the place we spent all our time in. Two bathrooms was very handy and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'll definitely book again given the opportunity."
