"While a car and GPS/directions are needed to get to Blervie House, once there you are central to a variety of activities. For us that meant distillery tours. We arrived and were greeted and made to feel welcome by Graham. As it turns out we timed our visit between other guests and had the house to ourselves. We found the grounds lovely for walking about. "Our room was described as a cosy standard double with sea view. We expected a small room so we were very surprised that the room size was of adequate size with a generous bathroom. We found the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was lovely. There is a easy walk to the village which is very pretty. Worth the visit."

"The property is a beautiful old house in a delightful historic village. The owner has decorated it with taste and style and everything is of the finest quality. The owner also goes to a lot of trouble to make your stay comfortable, providing breakfast early for us before we headed to the airport and phoning the village pub to see if they had a table before our arrival. I couldn't recommend it highly enough - 10 out of 10 is just not enough!"
