"This is the perfect location. We will be renting this condo again if we ever come into town for concerts in Austin completely clean and updated and House everything you’d possibly need in walking distance of everything so that location was Prime."

"This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn."

"Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year."
