"I booked this last minute as a Father's Day gift to my husband who loves all things nature. The property was just beautiful, inside and out. It was peaceful and private with comfortable beds and strong enough wifi for me to work remotely. David left clear instructions for everything we would need and check in was easy. My husband has already asked when we can come back :) "

"What an amazing property. One of the quietest VRBO I have ever stayed at. The pond had tons of Bass. The property was very clean and neat. The home had everything you needed for a relaxing stay.My wife, my 17-year-old twin daughters and myself stayed for five days and had an amazing time. We will definitely return in the fall to see the leaves change colors. Part of our trip we drove up to Niagara Falls and had an amazing time, this property is only about an hour and 20 minutes from there so...

"This was such a lovely place to stay. Instructions were clear, checking in a breeze, and being greeted with a 2 liter of soda and homemade cupcakes was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked, including condiments and several frozen pizzas and pot pies were available. I love that there wasn’t a cumbersome list of check-out chores. Richard is a great, thoughtful host who labeled all of the cabinets so everything was easy to find. Thanks to his bin of children’s toys, we made some unexpected...

"Property was the perfect place for our enlarging family to rest while visiting Cuba Lake family home. Loved the nostalgic Lake photos decorating the home. The front porch was a comfortable family gathering spot after a day on the lake! "

"Very peaceful long weekend getaway for my husband and I. We’re expecting our first in 2 months and wanted a little breather from work and all the baby prep. The cabin is cozy, and we checked out the shops on the Main Street of Ellicottville. It was the quiet retreat we were looking for."

"We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! "
