Evergreen apartment in serene location, close to the biggest mall in Eldoret

Beautiful spacious airy high ceilinged apartment on the 4th floor of a 2 building 16 unit complex. Friendly neighbors. Friendly and professional guards. Good electricity and hot water showers. 2 very nice "3/4 baths". (standing showers.) Washing machine worked wonderfully, spins dry well. Hang dry on balcony in any weather, or go upstairs to spacious rooftop clotheslines for a more windy quick-dry. Area surrounding complex felt safe late nights and very early mornings to me. Back roads around the immediate area are tarmacked and well flood-lit 24/7. A large very well-lit Hindu temple is around the corner, and many Indians including elderly women are walking across Nandi Road to the temple even at 830pm. Although the access road is murram for about 50 meters, it was quite well drained and without ruts despite heavy rains and flooding elsewhere in the city and region during our 1 month stay. Quiet space, the windows look out on a large undeveloped lot to the rear of the building which is completely empty and beautifully forested despite the urban setting. A bit surreal, frankly. Beautiful skyline views from the 4th floor apartment. Even better 360 degree views from the building's roof. As you can tell, we had a great stay. Thanks Linet!
