"Yes , very pet welcoming and lots of room outside to potty and play. Even a dog bowl out and a dog bed in the closet which we did not need cuz our pets sleep in crates. Loved everything about the place Something for me personal was the overpowering smell of the glade plug in’s but that’s not a negative. "I called to cancel the booking and explained due to the bad weather, raining all day, in Pensacola from 5/25 to 5/27/2026. The staff took my phone said she would cancel the booking for me but look like she did nothing. This is their number +1 (850) 208-0100. I waited for 3 days and there is no refund back so I called them then no one answered the call. I have reported this to expedia."
