"Beautiful house, enough room for everyone, closest beach access is through Flora-bama, you need to drive to any other public beach access. The street itself is quiet and gated. Only places within walking distance is Flora-bama, Old River Grill and the Yacht Club. Love the up and downstairs outside areas."

"Very last minute 1 nigh trip to Perdido. Management Co. was extremely easy to deal with and very good responsive communication. Property is part of a duplex with shared pool but never saw other tenants. Good value and location."

"Quiet street, tree line neighborhood. A very short walk to one of the brackish water inlets. For years, we’ve stayed “on the beach“ in a high-rise condo, but in the last couple of years we like, staying close to the back bay and do some fishing. This place was perfect for that. Three bedroom, two full bags, updated kitchen. Wi-Fi and washer and dryer. Everything was great. We will be back for sure and I definitely recommend trying this place if you’re not trying to stay on the water. "

"Very close to neighbors. The unit isn't bad for an extended weekend or week, in my opinion. Just wasn't very comfortable to relax in. Really needs some decking chairs instead of rusty chairs and picnic table. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking."
