On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room furnished with tasteful and comfortable pieces, including a digital TV. This communal area opens directly onto the patio, providing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a Nespresso capsule system, with capsules available as an extra.

On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
