Other important information



Check-in / Check-out



Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your smartphone, which you can use to access the apartment. You will find a set of physical keys inside the apartment.



Online check-in before arrival



All guests over 18 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). We will send you a message before arrival with clear instructions on how to complete the online check-in.



Towels, linen and professional cleaning



The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.



We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel, and 1 hand towel per guest and bathroom.



Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your 7-day stay or longer.



Mid-stay cleaning



Mid-stay cleaning is available for €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). If you would like us to arrange this for you, send us a message.



Parking



Private garage parking is free in the same building, with easy elevator access to the apartment.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



Families



We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably.



Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, and it is available for €30 per reservation.

The local area

Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year in Radazul!

From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza), several seasonal bars and restaurants, and fabulous open-water swimming spots.

There is a laid-back beach bar on Playa La Nea (600m away) where you can enjoy a cold artisan beer, mojito or light snack. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings.

Next to the beach is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment, plenty of room to stretch your legs, and a children's playground.

Across the road from the building entrance, there is a small shopping centre with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries. There is also another children's play park here.

A short drive away (8 minutes) there's a Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket and a large shopping centre with international brands.

Radazul is ideally located to explore the whole island.
