This comfortable accommodation features a living and dining area with a single sofa bed, satellite TV, seating, and a dining table, along with a bedroom offering two single beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, while the bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Additional amenities include a washing machine, solarium, grill, free baby crib, and bicycle storage. Guests can also enjoy a roof terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, parking, and access to a shared outdoor swimming pool open year-round.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
