La Nea Beach Apartment is a tastefully renovated, bright and modern holiday apartment with free underground parking.



The beautiful open-plan living space with direct access to the terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean.



A few steps away is the crescent-shaped black sand beach of Playa La Nea and within a few minutes walk, you are at the Radazul marina with its bars, restaurants, scuba dive centers, and water sports activities.



The apartment

A small breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room.



The walk-in utility room has a washing machine and cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay.



There's a solid oak dining table and four oak chairs with a statement hanging pendant light for intimate evening meals.



The spacious living area has sliding doors that lead to the terrace and views of the ocean. There is a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a reading light, a coffee table and a Smart TV.



Terrace



Outside, you will find the south-facing sun terrace with a dining table and a comfortable seating area. You will want to spend a lot of time on the terrace with its gorgeous views of the ocean and guaranteed sunshine.



If you prefer to lie on the beach, the black sand beach Playa La Nea is just 30 meters away. There you can also enjoy a cold drink from the solar-powered beach bar.



Main bedroom



Silent, spacious and serene with ocean views. Sleep peacefully in the king-sized bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with a firm mattress, 100% cotton bed linen and bedside tables with reading lights and a ceiling fan.



External light-blocking blinds on the sliding doors that open up to the terrace.



There is a dressing room area with built-in wardrobes that separates the bedroom from the ensuite bathroom.

A modern ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.



Twin bedroom I



Twin beds (90 cm x 200cm) with bedside tables, reading lights, a ceiling fan and built-in wardrobes.

Check-in / check-out



Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.



Online check-in before arrival



As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.



Towels, linen and professional cleaning



We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.



We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.



We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.



Mid-stay cleaning



If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



Families



We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



The local area - Radazul



Radazul is an ideal base for exploring the whole island. With our central location, you can easily access other areas of Tenerife and discover all the island has to offer.



We have a range of water sports and activities to keep you entertained, including sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, SUP, jet skiing and more. Plus, you can enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year!



When you need a break from all the water activities, head to Playa La Nea, just 30m away from the apartment. Here, you can relax at our laid-back beach bar, where you can enjoy a cold artisan beer, mojito or light snack while taking in the stunning views. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer, and the sun shines for longer in the evenings.



Dine out at Radazul marina, at its Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza), and several seasonal bars and restaurants to enjoy.



Beyond the marina, you'll find Radazul beach, where two small black sand beaches are protected by a breakwater, and there is a large bathing area open to the ocean. Next to the beach, there's a children's playground, gardens, a solarium, and a mini-market.



Opposite our apartment building, you'll find Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There's also a children's playground to keep the little ones entertained.



If you need to stock up on supplies, head to the village center, where you'll find a small shopping center with a SuperDino supermarket, various cafes, and restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries.



For those who prefer to do their shopping in larger stores, a short eight-minute drive away, you'll find Lidl, Mercadona, and Carrefour supermarkets, as well as a large shopping center with international brands.
