If your group isn’t very large, you can rent the two upper floors of the house.
It’s separate from the ground-floor apartment, and you can enjoy the beautiful attic-style living room and the 5 upstairs bedrooms.
All of them have balconies overlooking the garden and offer views of the lake and the mountains.
It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

2nd Floor:
Bedroom 5: with a double bed, 3 balconies, and a full private bathroom with a corner bathtub.
Common Areas: The common areas are located on the top floor, including a 50 m² living room and a spacious kitchen-dining area with a round, swiveling table that seats 12 people.
The living room is also equipped with a very large table for larger groups. You can all enjoy your meals together!

Standard capacity: 10 people.
Maximum capacity: 15 people.

Location: The top two floors.
€20 per additional guest per day.
€10 per pet per day.
Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available upon request; additional charges may apply.

Since this is a self-catering accommodation, daily housekeeping is not included.
If your stay is longer than 3 days, you can request extra sheets and towels.
