Quase não tive contato com os funcionários, na chegada me foi passado os códigos das portas e depois disso só vi uma funcionária da limpeza na saída. "

"This place is a pearl inside a rainforest. The infrastructure and nature is amazing. But it is in bad shape. I am a traveler since 2016 and been to more than 30 countries. I had a great time here. But some critics hopefully constructive and can be corrected in the future. The drinks does not have alcohol, they are juice with ice and they charge you for a full dose. The menu of the 2 restaurants are great but it is the same everyday. If you stay more than 3 nights it gets boring and dull. The beach chairs are all rusted and broken. The hot water on the shower last for about 4 minutes then you have to wrap up your bath or acostume to the warm of it. This is surely why nobody uses the bathtub since the hot water only last for 3 inches deep of water. After that you have a pool on the bedroom. I played golf in an amazing golf course. But the clubs were old and for begginers with soft flex shaft. The golf carts are old and falling apart. Other thing that you can notice is, they have a lot of maintenance trying to keep the place alive. But they do it while you are using the structure. So you are being surrounded by people cleaning windows, painting woods, building and rebuild but this should be done at time no one is around.The duna beach club plays loud and untasteful music all day long, a soft lounge would be more pleasant. The staff is amazing though and they effort to be very welcoming, I was well treated. It’s an amazing place but management needs adjustment.Food is a bit pricy"
