"Oaks Retreat was the perfect location for our stay outside of Yosemite National Park. In addition to spending full days in the park, we explored Bear Valley, Coulterville and the surrounding area. Highly recommend the area.The house was clean and comfortable, with "nice to have" items in the house: electronic chargers, reference materials for local establishments and places to explore. "

"We had such a cozy little stay for our honeymoon! The place was very clean and had all the necessities! We couldn’t get the fireplace to work, but it was plenty warm with the heater on just a bit. The hot tub was such a blessing and added bonus after a long day of hiking! Overall, wonderful stay!! "

"We had a wonderful time - everything was provided and the home had a very good ambiance. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, right near the entrance to sequoia national park. The surroundings were so serene, and we enjoyed the ducks coming up from the river to visit each morning. A perfect place for those who enjoy nature. "

"I stayed at this mountain retreat for 2 days with 4 other family members. Directions to get there were accurate. The host communicated with us well and sent all instructions we needed The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There were deer that visited in the backyard each morning and were delightful to see. I would love to stay here again if I visit. "

"We loved our stay even though the weather wasn't favorable. Our first full day was the only sunny, dry day so we made the most of it by exploring the valley floor and ended it at Glacier Point. Then the rain came. This cabin has a huge front deck and we knew rain would be in the forecast for our trip, so it was great to have that covered outdoor space to watch the rain come down. We ventured down to the river and just walked around the neighborhood in the rain. Our last day we booked a train...
