The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. "This house was absolutely ideal for our group of 3 couples looking to experience Yosemite NP. The home is exactly as described. Well stocked and very clean. The home feels very secluded and private even though neighbors are not far away. The hot tub, firepit and whole back deck were used often and enjoyed by all. "Oaks Retreat was the perfect location for our stay outside of Yosemite National Park. In addition to spending full days in the park, we explored Bear Valley, Coulterville and the surrounding area.
