"El hotel se encuentra en un paraje espectacular de la isla con unas vistas impresionantes. No nos gustó que no estuviese operativa la piscina (lleva 4 años fuera de servicio). También el servicio de restaurante tanto en el desayuno como en la cena se demoraba demasiado y no por las trabajadoras que estaban atendiendo muy amables todas sino porque se nota que faltaba personal. Por lo demás las habitaciones son cómodas."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. The location is excellent. But the room let it down. It was dated. No fridge or water etc. The bathroom door was rotten at the bottom. The bedroom wall was paper thin and we could hear and make out every word the family next door said. Also, the corridor was very noisy all night and in the morning. So due to the poor noise insulation, neither of us had a good sleep. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was. €21 for two...

"Das ist eine absolute Schrottimmobilie. Die Wände sind verschimmelt und es stinkt fürchterlich. Das Dach ist so undicht, dass im Wohnzimmer eine Pfütze stand und das Bett so nass war, das wir es nicht benutzen konnten. Wir sind sofort in eine andere Unterkunft gezogen. Es ist eine Frechheit, so etwas zur Vermietung anzubieten."

Die Gastgeber waren für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter und es war kalt; der Heizlüfter und der Radiator funktionierten gut, aber das Haus ist für warme Temperaturen gebaut. Auch die Waschmaschine funktionierte tadellos. "Pros: Carlos ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kamen sehr spät an weil unser gesamtes Gepäck verschollen war. Carlos ist dann für uns ein wenig einkaufen gefahren, so dass wir noch etwas essen gehen konnten. Die Lava-Dusche und die Dachterrasse sind die Highlights des Hauses. Cons: Es war alles superstaubig (auch in den Schränken) und der Teppich hatte unseres Erachtens noch nie einen Staubsauger gesehen. Wir haben dann selber geputzt und vereinbart, dass wir dieses kein 2tes Mal bei Abreise...
