Small 277m2 palace located in the center of El Perelló 55km from Tarragona, 20min from El Delta de l'Ebre and 45min from the Airport of Reus and Port Aventura, as well as being next to supermarkets, medical services, sports area and public pool. It is distributed over two floors and has a large terrace overlooking the garden and a chill out area in the private patio with ecological shower among the vegetation. The 3 bedrooms consist of a double bed plus single bed, double bed and another double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, washing and ironing room, AC, heating and wood burning fireplace for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and public parking nearby. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
