"The house was not ready for us when we arrived after driving 10 hours to get there. There were things draped on chairs in the living room and there were no towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. Toilet paper holders were broken in 2 bathrooms, along with a towel bar pulled from the wall. Several cabinet pulls were broken. There were remotes for the room fans, but they didn’t work. We could get the fan to work with the switch on the wall, but not the light. Several ceiling fans were so noisy,...

"The main attraction is the pool slide. That was the whole reason we booked and it was closed. They close early on Sunday’s but it’s not announced anywhere so that we would know before we booked. Room was terribly hot it’s set at a temperature and can’t be moved. No smart tv in the suites. Hotel was not well maintained. Carpet was dirty."

"The price was unbeatable for a double queen and a small kitchenette, which also included a free breakfast. The property is in a great location close to the Border Patrol intake center and the airport, which was one of the most important factors, as we were in El Paso to see my son take the oath of office to become a federal law enforcement officer and we needed to drop him off to both of the locations mentioned above.
