"Great property in a great location, right in the middle of the action In Tamarindo. The complex it is located in is very large with a huge resort style pool and lush, well-maintained grounds. Going out the property gate puts you right on the main strip where you have lots of restaurant and shopping options and you are also just across the street from the beach. "Loved the house! It’s really clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The views are amazing. My daughter sprained her ankle so we had a rental car and drove the 5 minutes in to town and enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping there. We ate at Fish and Cheeses (at the end of the street) twice and it was really good. My teens loved going to the pool after a long day at the beach. The guys at the gate and the cat welcomed us in and out each day. Would stay here again!!!"

"We enjoyed our time at Marina Real. Every interaction with reservations and local people was wonderful. Eddie, the onsite person was fun and willing to help with anything. I recommend this place.We were warned that there was going to be construction on the roof, but the banging and dirt blowing around were a nuisance. It was going on the three weeks we were there. Just the price you have to pay for progress, I guess."

"My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular...

"Absolutely loved the property! It was so key to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so our son and daughter didn't have to share. It was amazing having our own private pool which all of us enjoyed every day. We sat on the patio at night and listened to the waves and even grilled out one night. We had a fabulous view of the ocean and even saw monkeys below us in the trees. Thankfully we were told before we came that we should probably rent a car because there really isn't anything walkable...

"This is the place to stay in Costa Rica. Beautiful views. Luxurious accommodations.Kelly’s recommendations were all fantastic. No need to rent a vehicle. Hiring Chef Churi to cook a private meal or two at the house is a MUST! She was fantastic.Getting around the peninsula on the golf carts was a blast. So many great restaurants to choose from and beaches.All of our excursions we’re able to pick us up from a very calm beach just a few minutes from the condo.We hope to come back!"
