The chalet 'Ca La Rosalia' is located in Aiguaviva (El Montmell) and overlooks the mountains. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot (for a fee) and a high chair are also available. For reservations of 2 people, the ground floor and the ground floor room with its bathroom will be opened, as well as the first floor bathroom, the kitchen and the outdoor areas.

For reservations of 4 to 6 people, the ground floor will be opened with its rooms and bathroom, as well as the first floor bathroom, the kitchen and the outdoor areas.

For reservations of more than 6 people, the entire house will be opened.
