"Very cool property with a lot of beautiful land to walk around. The house is unique with a lot of character, and was perfect for our family trip. The pool is wonderful. Great amenities and friendly hosts who were very responsive and attentive. The location is especially perfect if you love wine tasting! Would absolutely come back. "

We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. "We had a family of 8 visiting Granite Bay for a wedding. This property was excellent for our 5 day visit. Well equipped kitchen, easy check-in, and very clean, neat, and comfortable accommodations. Great location and neighborhood."

"This property was thoughtfully laid out and stocked. We only had to provide our own groceries! The owner really thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything about the house was perfect. So comfortable and well-appointed. Hadn’t done much research into the neighborhood before we arrived so it was so nice to see we could walk to Old Folsom and the Johnny Cash trail. Also close to markets and anything you might need yet quiet and private. "

"This was an excellent location for a retreat. It was expansive with plenty of places to gather and to be alone. There were plenty of large bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for group meal preparation. The game room was a fun space to turn off the work and enjoy some recreation."

We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. "We were welcomed (even our old dog) by super nice folks. It felt like we were visiting friends. The cozy cottage was an oasis for us in the midst of a hectic wedding weekend. We would definitely stay there again!wedding weekend. "

"The property was perfect for us. It was a great location. Close proximity to the wedding we attended and so many wineries nearby! The place was extremely clean, well decorated, and plenty of room. Les and Sharon were great hosts! Very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Their winery, Element 79 was amazing as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this property!"
