"La casa esta espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Todo muy bonito. La piscina, el patio y cocina limpia. Disfrute mucho las hamacas cerca de la playa. Francisco hace buen trabajo manteniendo la propiedad, es nuy amable y atento. Definitivamente me gustaría regresar. Unica critica: Las habitaciones y baños necesitan actualización, con camas mas cómodas. "

"This was a good choice to stay in San Miguel area. The place was at a convenience area close to highway and the city, if you need to go grocery shopping it has a PriceSmart within walking distance and if you would like to get a quick bite and have little ones there is a McDonald’s close by. It has an amazing view of the Chaparrastique volcano, I have many many things to say but I will go on and on. "The townhome is in a safe, quiet and secured gated community. It was spacious and very clean with modern appliances like washer, dryer and dish washer. We especially appreciated the hot water for shower. That was a rare find in El Salvador. Kitchen had all the essential for cooking. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV, but it was no big deal since we didn’t use that bedroom. Playground was right across from the townhome. "The house is located in a great gated community. Very quiet area. The house is equipped with every household kitchen item you may need. The 3 bathrooms do help when staying with family. Very clean house, beautiful home, very updated. There is a shopping center less then 10 mins away. The only thing i would say is that we spend 1 whole night and part of the next morning with no water in the house but we learned that it is something common in that city and nothing the host have control over. "Very quite and clean neighborhood .The home was nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay owner was quiet to respond to my messages. Over all we had a great time in El Salvador San Miguel. "

"Perfect place to stay to surf all the breaks in the wild east of El Salvador. Will need a car to access breaks. buy groceries on way. Nothing really close to purchase items. House is beautiful.
