"Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this...

The service was 5*, the standard of the rooms and facilities were 5* and the peace and quiet along with the beautiful views were stunning. Highly recommend Chami and I will be going back "

"What a hidden gem! The 20 minute drive over rocky terrain is worth every second. The pastoral landscape is gorgeous. Driving through (very shallow) streams just adds to the adventure. At night, picture hundreds of fireflies flickering in a misty valley. The hut (no walls) I stayed in was the perfect jungle vibe. There weren’t even that many bugs in February. This place is magical "

"Minha experiência no hotel considero razoável, há muita demora para realizar o check in, os funcionários perdem um bom tempo fazendo a parte administrativa na frente do cliente. Algumas piscinas da foto da demonstração do hotel estavam desativadas. O restaurante dentro do hotel tem um cardápio muito reduzido, deixando os hóspedes praticamente sem opção de comida. A limpeza do quarto é muito ruim, há cabelos espalhados por todo canto. Pelo padrão e valor do hotel, esperava bem mais."

"Everything about this hotel was great. The staff must be one of the friendliest staff members I've ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had. The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of. Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas. Overall, we were really happy with our stay....
