Best value for money ever

Out of the ca. 300 Hotels I stayed all over the world, this one tops my list in terms of value for money. It was the cheapest out of all but also one of the best. You get a nice big room, facilities all look brand new, a big TV, big enough safe in the room, massive bed, they have a nice restaurant, serve very nice dinner and a great breakfast buffet. Location is perfect (2mins walk to the main shopping street and tourist attractions) and they provide underground parking. All in all a great place to stay.

Very Nice hotel in Eisenstadt!

Spacious rooms with friendly atmosphere - clean and comfortable -- Friendly hotel staff gives you helpful advise for what we needed to do. Nice location in the centre of Eisenstadt - sightseeing of the castle or going to a vinery is easy from this hotel. I can recommend for anyone needing a hotel room in Eisenstadt!

Schönes Hotel mit zentraler Lage

Wir waren am 04./05. Oktober 2014 bei der "Langen Nacht der Museen" da. Das Hotel besticht mit seiner optimalen Lage und einem sehr guten Standard!

Hotel hat sich die 4 Sterne nicht verdient

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, aber ohne eigene oder nur mit kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen Gratis-W-Lan müsste bei 4 Sternen jedenfalls erwartet werden können. Waren 1 Woche zuvor in einem 3-Sternhotel in Podersdorf und dort war Frühstücksbuffet doppelt so umfangreich. Frühstücksgeschirr wegräumen für die nächsten Gäste ist zu wenig; es sollte auch der Tisch abgewischt werden (fehlende Hygiene!)

Hotel im Zentrum von Eisenstadt

Parkplätze in der Kurzparkzone sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Empfang war sehr freundlich, Gästedaten waren von einem früheren Besuch vorhanden und mussten nicht händisch eingetragen werden. Neusiedlersee Card wurde gleich beim Einchecken an uns übergeben.

Stadthotel in guter Lage

Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, große Betten aber nur eine Matratze, wenige Schritte zur Fußgängerzone.

Zweiter Besuch leider enttäuschend!

Wir sind beim ersten Besuch so begeistert gewesen, so dass wir auch ein zweites Mal gebucht haben. Leider war dieser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Vor allem die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Reaktion darauf war traurig. Etwa handbreit unter unserem Bett war ein komplett fauler, schimmeliger Apfel, der dort mindestens zwei Wochen gelegen haben muss. Daneben eine leere Kondompackung und eine kleine leere Schnapsflasche. Auf der inneren Fensterbank lag Zigarettenasche, und zwar nicht zu wenig (Nichtraucherzimmer). Haare im Badezimmer. Als wir die Rezeption darauf ansprachen kam als Antwort, dass in dieser Etage keiner da sei, das weg zu räumen. Auch beim Frühstück war der Service bei diesem Aufenthalt schlecht. Wir fragten um eine kleine Gabel (Dessertgabel, Kindergabel) für meine kleine Tochter. Einzige Antwort: Gibt es nicht. Wo ich nicht glaube, dass in einem Hotel kein Dessertbesteck vorhanden ist. Leider konnte der erste positive Eindruck diese vielen schlechten für uns nicht wieder aufheben.

gutes Stadthotel

Das Hotel ist in der Innenstadt direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider wird zZt. der Pool überholt und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden. Die Sauna ist auch dringenst erneuerungswürdig! Das Frühstücksangebot könnte umfangreicher sein. Der Rest ist so wie man es von einem 4*-Hotel erwarten kann.

very good value for money, clean big room

All great, breakfast was nice, dinner at the hotel was very good in the restaurant. The bed was a bit too soft but everything else was great. 12,5 EUR for the garage is a bit pricey but you can use "off peak" the parking lot opposite of the hotel for free (check time and fees applicable)

Eigentlich nichts auszusetzen

Leider ist das Hotel sehr altbacken und "hässlich", was aber keineswegs an der Qualität zweifeln lässt. Das Angebot und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, eine Modernisierung des gesamten Hotels wäre allerdings notwendig. Das Restaurant/ der Frühstücksbereich strahlt bereits in neuem Design, was das herrliche, ausgesprochen frische und vielfältige Frühstück noch zusätzlich aufwertet! Eigentlich ist alles top, besonders auch die Lage, direkt im Zentrum am Beginn der Fußgängerzone! Aber leider eben sehr altbacken.

Sehr ordentliches Hotel, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Lage optimal: Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhig. Reichliches Frühstück. Geräumiges Zimmer.

Very clean & comfortable, great location & food

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast/restaurant, easy walk to the Esterhazy Palace. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Convenient parking across the street. No air conditioning.

Komfortabel und unkompliziert

Rundum genau so, wie es sein soll: Kompetente Leute an den wichtigen Stellen (Check-in, Service), Hygiene passt, Lage im Zentrum, Top-Frühstücksbuffet. Allerdings: WLAN im Zimmer kostet extra!

in het centrum

Personeel en/of eigenaar maakten een uiterst vrekkige indruk en zorgen probleemloos voor een uitermate sfeerloze ambiance. Gevolg: weinig of geen belangstelling voor dit hotel. De bar bleef elke avond tijdens mijn verblijf gesloten en de bar van t restaurant ging ook om 10.00-10.30 dicht.Kortom: zonde van je geld!
