Desert Dreams awaits at River Sands RV Resort. Your laid-back river escape on the Colorado River. This brand-new tiny home is located on the quieter side of the resort with extra parking and open views over the catch-and-release fishing pond just steps from your porch.
Designed to feel like a “tiny home with a mini mansion feel,” the space features high ceilings, strong A/C, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout.
Sleeps 4–6 comfortably with a queen bedroom, loft sleeping area, and futon in the living room. Enjoy a full kitchen (with excellent ice maker), large TVs, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.
Step outside and enjoy resort-style amenities including a private sandy beach with river access, pool and hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, clubhouse, and direct access to off-road desert trails. Pet-friendly spaces and walking areas are also available.

Bikes and a kids scooter are available to borrow. To help us maintain the bikes in the desert heat, we suggest a small contribution ($10 first bike, $5 each additional, or $15 total for all on shorter 3 days or less stays).
Fishing gear and scooters are free to enjoy.
Located just minutes from Blythe for groceries, dining, and essentials, with easy access to Parker, Quartzsite, and surrounding desert adventures.

Please do all dishes. You may leave them to dry. If cleaning staff has to do or redo dishes there is an additional cleaning fee.

We are happy to welcome pets only when they are properly declared and the pet fee is paid at booking.
• All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival
• A pet fee is required for all animals except ADA-defined service animals
• Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not exempt from pet fees under policy
The pet fee directly covers additional professional cleaning, allergen treatment, and wear on the home. This is the only way we are able to continue offering a pet-friendly stay.
