"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

"The property as well, no doubt everything you need is there. The view from the balcony was very impressive and you could watch the lovely sunrises from the bed. holy disappointing part was the distance to the club and beaches. The house was very accommodating and very helpful."
