"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. So, before booking with this hotel, make sure to be prepared for the "surprises" such as...

"Super hotel... Uns hat es echt gut gefallen... Der eigene strand vom hotel echt schön. Und das essen super lecker ☺️ Alle waren total lieb und hilfsbereit DANKE♥️ Die lage hat uns auch gefallen... Man hatte alles was nötig ist in der umgebung des hotels... außer zur city war es doch einbischen weit... Aber sind mit den taxi gut rumgekommen... Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann ist , die zimmer könnten sauberer sein und auf hygiene achten. Möbeln waren auch sehr alt und kaputt... Echt traurig...
