"Atendimento péssimo. Não há ningurm para ajudar com as bagagens, os atendentes sempre mau humorados. Primeiro dia sequer a limpeza do quarto foi realizada. No café da manhã, eles não explicam, não dizem que há opção de pedir panquecas frescas, por exemplo. Quarto extremamente confortável. "

"Custo-benefício muito bom. Tive problema com a geladeira, que foi trocada por uma nova, com muita rapidez. Foram sempre solícitos e educados. O hotel tem excelente infraestrutura. Tinha lavanderia no mesmo andar do meu quarto. Recomendo."

"They need better housekeepers. After we checked in and went to our room I found hair on the wall of the shower. I went to the front desk to make them aware and in front of me she called someone and told them the problem but no one ever came. The hair was still there when we checked out."

"Our king standard room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only one thing, there was a dead centipede in the room. Other than that all good things!"

"I had to wait 30 minutes to check in as the ”system” was down. The Staff did the best they could but writing my CC down on paper was not very safe or professional on behalf of the Hilton network. I’ll go with another vendor on the next trip."
