"We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!!"

"Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB...

The thoughtful details were much appreciated - from the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar to the firewood and fire starters to high end towels and toiletries. Bedrooms are spacious and the home was very comfortable! We had a great stay!"

"My husband alone utilized this apartment because it was near UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, where my daughter had an extended 10 day stay. We greatly appreciated that the host was quickly available when we needed to make a last-minute stay. The apartment complex is only 2 miles from the hospital. We also appreciated that he welcomed our little doodles with no additional fee."

"Ms. Vanessa has a very lovely well cared for home with amazing plants everywhere and even a cute deck to sit outside and enjoy the twinkling lights. Home was stocked with all necessities including cold drinks as well as chilled glasses in the freezer! Great for a family. "

"We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable, the back patio was awesome, the showers were very nice, and Myora took great care of us. We hope to book this house every time we get to travel to Durham to see our family living nearby!"

"This was the perfect place for a group of five overworked, overwhelmed, ladies who were also overdue for a getaway. The space was cozy with beautiful views. Secluded, peaceful, and away from the hustle. The details of reburbished, reclaimed wood mixed with modern yet comfortable furniture was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We took several of the suggested places to visit and we were not disappointed. Don’t let the backroads or small size of this sweet treasure fool...

"We had a fantastic stay at this property for our sewing retreat! The house was spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped — perfect for a group gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out with their projects, with lots of space for us to set up work tables.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. "Just stayed in this incredible house for our family gathering to attend our daughter's graduation from UNC. It was just perfect. The house is light and bright with lots of windows and had plenty of room for our family to gather and relax. It was very clean. It's in a lovely, private wooded area but close to everything. We would have stayed here for every visit to see our daughter if we found it sooner. And the private pickleball court is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend staying here!"

Comfortable hotel for a good price

"We stayed for only one night at Millennium, but it was a comfortable night. Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was big and comfortable. The bed was soft and allowed a good night’s sleep. They offered late checkout for $30, so we were able to relax a bit more before we took our flight out of Durham."
