"The hotel is super cute and modern. The beds and pillows were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We drove But it's right next to shops and restaurants. I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay. It suited us perfectly and we had no complaints regarding cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend if you are headed to Springfield. "

"It is your standard Hampton Inn, but it was great to have someone available at reception after 11pm. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a good breakfast the next morning. I like that the hotel is just off the i90 freeway, and in range of a lot of eating places and stores. It has a pool. We couldn't make use of it because their hours are from 9am to 9pm, and we needed to be in Boston at 11pm. But it was a good place to stop over and refresh. "

"Everything was great; clean room, nice rough towels, everything. What I enjoyed most was the friendliness and efficiency of the breakfast staff. Both mornings, Monday and Tuesday, they were quick to accommodate the diners. They were interesting to talk to. We understand that Monday’s dining host was the manager and Tuesday’s host was the assistant manager. They were awesome! Thank you❤️"
