Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo that includes one parking space. Guests will always have access to the shared amenities within the complex that include a hot tub and pool (summer only).

The nearby Riverwalk serves as the community hub, where you can enjoy the weekly farmers market, free outdoor concerts, and a variety of boutique shops and restaurants. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Eagle River for world-class fly fishing and rafting, as well as the extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails that crisscross the valley.

For more summer fun, Nottingham Lake in nearby Avon offers paddleboarding and swimming, while the championship golf courses in EagleVail and Beaver Creek provide stunning backdrops for a round of 18 holes. The area's mild summer climate makes it the perfect place for al fresco dining and exploring the scenic beauty of the White River National Forest.



Getting Around:

While the riverwalk area is walkable, a car is recommended for accessing hiking trailheads, golf courses, and neighboring towns like Avon and Vail. Guests have access to 1 parking space in the building's parking garage. The property is conveniently located near Highway 6, providing easy access to summer activities throughout the Vail Valley.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that shared amenities may be closed for seasonal or standard maintenance that is outside of our control.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation
