Hidden Gem
Great location and good value. We spent the Christmas holiday at Riverwalk skiing Vail and Beaver Creek just minutes away. We were able to rent equipment at a shop in the complex for half the price of the mountains offering top quality gear. Additionally there is a full service grocery/liquor store, deli, Starbucks and many other boutique shops. We enjoyed Chinese take out 2 doors away and walked across the street to take in a movie at the Cinema also located in the complex. Underground parking was an added bonus. The unit is probably due for a little updating but for the money it was just fine.

Edwards in the FALL
We came to visit our new grandbaby! It was a very pleasant stay; we enjoyed all the fall colors. Travelling with a handicap person is not easy but the master bedroom was accessible for her to get into the restroom. It was not accessible for a shower even though the hall bathroom had a non-tub shower she could not get into that bathroom.

Great location
This is a cozy condo, clean and perfectly located in Edwards. Close to everything you want/need. Very much recommended as it is a great choice for place to enjoy Edwards/Avon/Vail.

Convenient and Good Utility
Stayed here with adult children and my local daughters occasional visit with her dog. Excellent location with many great restaurants near by. Short drive to Arrowhead and Beavercreek. Beautiful area to walk the dog along the river. Would stay again. Sean was easy to communicate with.

Best Location and Perfect Fall Colors!
Riverwalk is such a fun location! So many fun things to see and do right outside the door. Sean was so responsive when there was an issue. Such a friendly and welcoming host. Only complaint was the elevator didn't work! Three flights of stairs got old!!! Apparently this is a regular occurrence from what the residents said. We did get our leg workout however! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! Carol Miller

Quiet Condo
At first glance we were concerned that we were going to sleep above a block of restaurants. Once we got upstairs and realized that there are businesses between the restaurants and the condo level we were put at ease. We literally heard no noise from the businesses downstairs. The condo was great size, full kitchen, paved walking trail out the back door. There was an elevator for us to get our older dog from the third-floor to outside which was very helpful. Everything went well and we were able to roam the area for trails and meet up with our friends in Eagle.

Edwards had it all.
Restaurants, shopping, walking trails and most importantly convenient access to Beaver Creek Resort made this a great place to stay. We didn’t have hot water our first night - not great after skiing all day but Sean contacted the building supervisor and we had it early the next morning.

As expected
The property was as described. It was clean and adequately stocked. The location provided access to everything we needed. The master bedroom king bed, however, was extremely uncomfortable. The top surface of the mattress is just foam padding. We both slept poorly. My husband had a backache the next day and had to sleep in the pull-out sofa the second night.

Location, Location,Location
Loved staying here at Riverwalk. Near to family we were visiting. Walkable to many restaurants and Starbucks, groceries and liquor store. My son was allowed to bring his dog for short visits. This apartment was as advertised and the ease of checking in and out were exceptional. Nice, nice place. We’ll be staying here again....

Great Vacation
Close to all you’d want to do, but not as congested as Vail and Avon can be. You can practically fall out bed to the bike path/running trail, and plenty of hiking/biking/Jeeping nearby. Pool was awesome for the kids. Two block walk to Starbucks (that’s six stars in my wife’s review) and right by the market for food. Walking distance (or just go to the lobby) to great food. We do a lot of weekend getaways from Denver and had never been to Edwards before, but this was a great condo and location and we’ll be back.

Easter Weekend Stay
We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. It is in a great location with convenient access to shopping, walking and skiing. The only thing missing was a couple of decent kitchen utility knives (pairing and chopping/carving).

Perfect location
We enjoyed the condo very much. Wonderful view from the balcony to the mountains and Main Street. Sean went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful after a day on the slopes.

Wonderful location
Cozy and comfortable unit in the heart of Edwards close to Beaver Creek. Multiple restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, movie theater and a variety of shops within walking distance. Great setup for my ski vacation.

Great location, great host, but not the best nights sleep for me for a vacation.
Great location with very good restaurants and retail at hand, and the hot tub and pool is a great amenity. Host was super. I will say the building and unit is slightly less upscale and slightly more worn than I thought it'd be. I would normally rate it a good 4 on the whole, but I reluctantly have to give it a 3 from the standpoint that I don't know I've ever had a tougher time sleeping somewhere. First, the illuminated marquee from the movie theater across the street shined right through the thin and porous window shade all night long. Two, there was surprisingly a lot of noise at night as people came out of the couple bars around there...with some lingering way too long. (This unit faces the parking lot above the shops and restaurants...and the road.) Nice set up, just not a great environment for a restful vacation stay.

Great location
This property is great - kitchen has new appliances, tv's in both bedrooms and smart tv in living room. It is quiet, and the private garage with carts to take your belongings up is really nice. I also used the exercise room and it has all the equipment one could want. I would definitely recommend this property. Sean was attentive to all details.

This condo was the perfect place for my 2 sons and I to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful walking trail & river right behind. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the owner was awesome to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

So convenient and clean, with an amazing view!
We loved staying at the condo and definitely plan on returning again. The condo was right in the middle of the Riverwalk in Edwards, so close to restaurants, bars, movie theater, coffee shops and a grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and I was the only one there on a couple occasions. The owner was so responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. The condo was clean, provided all the essentials (and then some, even laundry detergent) and was very nicely decorated. The condo was so close to hikes, mountain biking and the other beautiful mountain towns nearby, Vail was only 15mins away. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Easy, enjoyable, excellent location!
You know how the photos used on sites like this are sometimes "generous" about a lot of things regarding the place you're considering renting? I thought the photo on the left was that kind of picture, but it wasn't. It's 100% legit. There's the condo -- right there in the heart of downtown Edwards (top balcony on the left). It's above a bustling street, across from a movie theater, withing skipping distance of everything you hoped and dreamed of (grocery store! farmers market on the weekend! beautiful river walk! bike trails! restaurants! coffee shops! stores! oh my!). The interior was simple, lovely and comfortable and perfect for our traveling family of five. The underground parking with access to an elevator made things super easy to get in and get out. Our host was accessible and friendly with clear (and easy) directions. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful place, wonderful stay, helpful owner
We had a fantastic time staying in the Vail Valley! If you like both dining/shopping AND nature, this property cannot be beat! It's located in the Edwards Riverwalk complex of shops and restaurants, which backs up onto a great riverside trail that's perfect for biking and walking. We had a great time exploring both the river and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Sean is an incredibly helpful and gracious host. We'd definitely go back again in the future! Thanks Sean!

Great condo, close to everything!
Our condo in Edwards was perfect for me, my husband and daughter. It was spotless, nicely decorated and perfect for our two night stay. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. There’s even a movie theater across the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed. The owner even sent us an email listing all his favorite restaurants in the area. Super helpful!

Best place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Colorado and this condo was perfect for what we needed. The condo was clean and efficient, nicely decorated and fun with great views from the patio! One small issue is king bed should be updated by putting a mattress topper on it, but comfy enough. Bonus features in the condo - washer/dryer combo, everything stocked in kitchen to cook meals, fully stocked with towels and washcloths. Lots of amenities. The little community around the condo was amazing. You could stay on property within the community and have everything you need - shopping, grocery, dining, movie theater, walking trail, skate park, pool & hot tub! Community is surrounded with lots of outdoor activities to do. Definitely 5 star! Must stay!

Stellar value for the area
We had a lovely week in this unit. Plenty of room for 4 adults with the two queen bedrooms. Jacuzzi tub was great for relaxing, as was the attached hotel’s pool/hot tub and gym. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. The location is stellar - Riverwalk development has everything from grocery store to movie theatre to tons of restaurants, <10 min drive to Arrowhead base of Beaver Creek. A couple comments for room to improve - the curtains in the bedrooms let a ton of light through. We placed towels over them with good effect. The mattresses in both rooms are both broken in and on the softer side. The unit doesn’t have A/C so can get warm in the afternoons if sunny, but this was easily addressed by opening the windows during our stay as needed.

Real nice place
The rental unit was quiet, clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was easily accessible and easy to work with, no hassles. It was convenient to have grocery and liquor store and restaurants store just steps away. The outdoor hot tub and pool need some lights so that they can be used after dark (reason for 4, not 5 stars).

Just what I was looking for in vacation home
This Riverwalk condo provided a convenient and comfortable and clean home base from which we were able to explore the shops, restaurants, and walking trails in Edwards as well as the scenic mountain roads in surrounding areas. We could walk to Starbucks in the early morning and had our choice of many places to lunch and dine within a few steps. A small grocery store in the complex allowed us to purchase all that we needed to prepare our own meals if we chose. Behind the condo is the paved path along the river itself, a walk that is scenic and easy to navigate. The condo provided all that we needed as a home away from home: a kitchen outfitted with dishes and cooking utensils that allowed us to fix and serve dinner for family who live near by, plenty of towels and other linens and hair dryer, closets and dressers that allowed us to unpack our suitcases for a nine-day stay. During our time there, the outdoor temperatures ranged from 25° in the early morning to 76°in the late afternoon; inside, the gas fireplace warmed us and open windows cooled us. The floor plan of the condo, with its bedrooms and baths on either side of the living room, allowed privacy for my son and me. It would be suitable for two couples as well. The allotted parking space beneath the building with easy access to elevator made it easy to come and go and to bring in luggage and groceries. Everything in the condo was as a I had hoped and it lives up to its description on VRBO. I definitely recommend it to others, and I hope to reserve another week there in the spring.

Very nice place to stay
The owner, Sean is a very helpful owner. He was quick to respond when needed but generally stayed out of sight. Much appreciated. Very nice condo, close to everything, yet only steps from the River Walk. Good chance I may return.
