Wow! Really impressive!!

A manly collection of friends stayed for 5 nights of skinning, skiing, hiking, swimming and smart talk. Perfect spot for that. High end remodel was well done. Seems everything is new and well stocked. Property management company was easy to work with.

Awesome ski condo.

Great location- ski out from the back door. Less busy village and ticket lines for the Beav. Roaring gas fire place and bedrooms well spaced out, with their own en suites. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely again.

Very enjoyable property

The property itself was perfectly located as our top priority was ski in ski out which this for sure was. Only downside is the sleeping accommodations may be a bit over stated.

This property was amazing. I was hard to find 3 king beds so I was glad for that. It is right off the Cresta run at the bottom of Arrow Bahn lift so a great location.

Covid Ski Trip Jan 2021

Great trip. Location of condo on the mountain suited our group perfectly. We rented equipment at the base of Arrowhead lift and everything was great. We had a small group for this size condo so space was plentiful. We enjoyed the hot tub everday. Kitchen well stocked. Location just a short drive to Edwards or Avon. 5-Star visit.

Great location nice amenities

Townhouse is in great location on hill easy access - climb up side of run and you are skiing. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Only downside was hot tub was not ready for us when we arrived but texted and resolved next day.

Wonderful location for a family vacation!

Wow! This property looked perfect online but it greatly exceeded our expectations. The ability to walk out the back door and ski down to Arrowhead Lift was a huge bonus. We rented in December and were fortunate that most of Beaver Creek resort was open. We went skiing every day. We never used the shuttle service but that was our preference. One of our favorite activities was sledding down the hill behind the house. The house had two small green sleds that our grandson used after the slopes were closed. He said that was his favorite thing and loved saying that this vacation was “snow” much fun. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, family friendly set up, cable TV, great WiFi and a large dining table helped make our visit even better. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and found everything we needed. One night we used the outdoor grill which was clean and new. The advantage of the rental being a family home rather than a strict rental property provided lots of perks. The loft upstairs was the perfect place for our 4 year old grandson to sleep. A few more kids could have slept on the couches. The loft had a good supply of dvd movies and an old school Mario Kart game that was a big hit. We also appreciated the large closet of games and kids toys. We brought our 9 month old granddaughter who slept in a crib in the large master closet. Each room had fans that could be used as white noise (which is something our family appreciates). We rented a crib, safety gate for the stairs and high chair from a company we found online. The rental agent was a great facilitator for getting that delivered and set up before our arrival. We had one small issue with hot water but we called and it was immediately addressed. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. Our family made some very special memories here!

Very cute on outside. Not clean on inside. too many stairs. Grill a disaster,took the mgr. 2 hrs to clean it. The sheets on our bed had not been changed??? Would not stay here again

PERFECTand SPACIOUS for seven adults

The Spirit felt in this home is heart-warming; you just feel like you are a part of someone's loving family and are blessed to get to share their home. It is a wonderful, well-kept place and has a well-appointed kitchen. We cooked a lot, including a huge turkey dinner, and had everything we needed to prepare the groceries we brought. We also brought several of our own spices, but that was something we knew we would need to do. We love to cook for our family, so the kitchen was a big deal for us. The TV did not work at first, but our contact Linda came over and since one of us was an IT guy, it got resolved fairly quickly. The coffee pot also was broken, but my point in writing about these two "mishaps" is only to point out that the situation was resolved quickly. The hot tub was clean and private, so that was a plus after a day of skiing, and the steam shower in the master bath made for a relaxing evening ritual. We brought movies along with us, but there is a wonderful assortment available upstairs in the loft/screening room/extra bedroom. This was our first vacation with our adult children, and it could not have been better. We are all very independent, and never felt on top of each other, yet enjoyed our time together in the main room and dining area. Late night found us each in our own space enjoying privacy, and the room by the hot tub was for the night owls. Perfect for them! There were seven adults, and the accommodations were perfect. The lift at Arrowhead not being open at this early point in December MAY be viewed as a negative by some, but we enjoyed the quiet and just shuttled over to Beaver Creek. Many in our group would like to stay when the lift is open, but dollar for dollar, i would veto that notion. I truly hope that we can do this again next year and stay at the same place. I can't imagine anything that would make it a better place to stay.

Great

We loved location and ease of getting around. There were a lot of accessories out that made the home very homey but a few too many for vacationers. We did have trouble with the grill but after the tank was changed twice all was fine. It was pretty dirty inside grill but no clean grill brush. So we did best we could burning off crud. Only major issue was pipe under kitchen sink burst our last night when we got home from dinner. We found it when got home from dinner out. We tried to clean up underneath and four of us united to clean floor and make sure wood floor was dry. As a result we did not run dishwasher before leaving. We tried to wash as many towels as we could last night used to clean up pipe mess but could not do all of them. We left at 6:30 this am. Other than that all was great and we loved the property.
