You have full and total access of our suite during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Glenwood is a charming and peaceful neighborhood located in the northwest of Edmonton, Alberta. The area is known for its spacious and well-maintained homes, tree-lined streets, and friendly community. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major shopping centers, including Mayfair Common shopping district and West Edmonton Mall, both of which are within a short drive or bus ride away. These shopping centers offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. There are also supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and cafes in the area. In addition to that, there are also several parks and green spaces in the area, making it a great destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Getting Around
Glenwood is a well-connected neighborhood in Edmonton, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The neighborhood is served by several major bus routes, with frequent service to downtown Edmonton and other parts of the city.

Additionally, there is easy access to major roads such as 100 avenue and 170 Street, making it convenient to travel by car. Jasper Place Bus Terminal is located at the northeast corner of the neighbourhood. From there, you can quickly and easily access all parts of the city.

For those who prefer to bike, there are also several bike lanes and paths in the area, making it a great option for getting around.

Tropical Oasis home

The picture is not the home we stayed at. Last minute change to Tropical Oasis home. This was a beautiful home, all you could want but loud tenants below us caused us extra stress due to a young child needing to sleep before their loud music was turned off. The property managers were prompt with our messages and phone calls. It was close to WEM and that was good.

Poorly Managed

Overall cleanliness ok. Poor detailed cleaning- greasy prints around all kitchen cupboard handles, dirty cup in cupboard, streaky mirror closet doors. Appliances didn’t work- coffee machine and freezer ice machine. Poor maintenance- screen not properly installed preventing secure closure of window (I fixed it), TV not installed on wall bracket properly and on verge of being bumped off, thermostat didn’t work properly and needed new batteries, one bed creaked with any slight movement and would wake you up, no drain plug for bathtub, frying pan handle so loose it’s about to fall off, most taps required force to turn on/off. Property manager did reply to my concerns but I was always having to initiate the conversation regarding follow up, and the conversation was full of endless promises to have a maintenance guy come by and never did. This is a very automated company. Was having continuous conversations with them regarding issues and they are sending automated messages hoping my stay is going well. They knew it was not going well. There is serious internal issues with this management company and inability of employees.
