Spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and crabbing right from your dock, then walk or hop on a golf cart to the beach. With an elevator for easy access, room for 12, and a welcome for your dog, this is the kind of place where the whole group wants to be home at the same time.

The Home
The second level is the heart of the house. The spacious living, kitchen, and dining area features gorgeous hardwood floors, full view picture windows, and comfortable furnishings that make it easy to settle in for the week. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a big family breakfast to a fresh catch dinner, and the open layout keeps the cook in the conversation.
Downstairs, a second comfortable living area gives the group extra room to spread out. Free Wi-Fi and 5 Smart TVs keep everyone entertained when a brief rain shower interrupts your day on the beach or the creek. A 3-stop elevator is available for guest use, making the home easy to enjoy for guests of all ages.

The creek is perfect for kayaks and paddleboards, and anglers and crabbers will feel right at home. Pack your fishing poles, or stop by the store for crabbing supplies on your way in. Experienced boaters are welcome to bring their own boat and take advantage of the private dock.
Jeremy Cay has two common beach access points, and guests can walk or take a golf cart to either one. Spend hours soaking up the sun and shell seeking along miles of unspoiled sand. Electric golf cart rentals are encouraged for getting around Jeremy Cay, and carts are permitted on the private beach.

Outdoor Living
Wrap around decks put the expansive creek and ocean views within reach from nearly every angle of the home, and the ground level patio is set up for evening cookouts with a propane grill. After a long day in the sun, cool off on one of the expansive decks, then stay up for the moonrise and the lights of the shrimp trawlers working late into the night to bring in fresh Atlantic shrimp.
Climb to the rooftop cupola for 360-degree views and some of the most memorable photo opportunities on the South Carolina coast. Sunrise and sunset up here are worth setting an alarm for.

This home welcomes well-behaved dogs! Because Vrbo displays an all-inclusive price at booking, the pet fee is NOT automatically added to your reservation.
