"The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again."

"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "Excelente custo benefício. Esse hotel é localizado em um "retail park" próximo a um supermercado ASDA com posto de combustíveis e apresenta estacionamento gratuito. Os funcionários são cordiais e o quarto muito claro e confortável. Café da manhã simples porém saboroso ao estilo Holiday inn express. O restaurante funciona das 18:30 às 21:30 e apresenta diversos pratos rápidos a um preço acessível."

"We stayed at this hotel twice in two different rooms. First we booked the deluxe room and everything was fantastic, the second time we booked the double room and it was not nearly as good. Room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The hotel itself however is beautiful, has a lovely peaceful garden surrounding it and the food is incredible! There is plenty of parking. Would definitely return however would make sure to book the upgraded room."
