Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. "The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends. "We stayed at Samantha's cozy cabin with my husband and our dog while visiting family in Broadalbin, and we absolutely loved it! The cabin was spotless, warm, and so inviting- even with freezing temperatures outside.
