Centrally located in Edinburg, minutes from the expressway, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, hospitals and other amenities. Perfect for out of state students completing their residency, clinical rotations or doctor appointments at DHR. The rooms are very spacious with walk in closets, well lit and spacious restrooms. How was clean enough, it was a little dusty in a few areas. Kitchen could use a deeper cleaning. Parking was behind the home which is good! AC worked great! Area of location is wonderful lots of restaurants and HEB is across the street. Felt safe at night, it was a gated community.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful experience with the host, he was very responsive and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We only used the coffeemaker as we were visiting family so most of time we were over at their home. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Changed plans

We booked this property and then were contacted by host that this one was no longer available (a water issue supposedly), but could change our reservation to another property they had that was right around the corner. Trusting the host, we agreed to move to the other listing. It had the same number of bedrooms but not the same number of beds, not a gated community, and was in need of general maintenance (toilet needed resetting and new seat, not many dishes). The air freshener use was overwhelming. It worked for the one night we were there, but was not impressed overall.

Great condo especially for the price

Rented without problems and check in was easy with a door code. Neighborhood quiet and safe easy to highway. Parking was covered only 3 steps to the unit. Kitchen was stocked with ample supplies and extra coffee, sugar and cream, more than enough cleaning supplies. Beds very comfy. Large bath and closet in main. Nice big table in the dinning. Hard to find much wrong especially at that price, but if I had to make honest review I would say the main couch could have had more support, it was clean and looked fine, but we didn't spend much time on the couch anyway, not a deal breaker. Overall exceeded my needs and way better than a hotel in comfort and price. We did not try out the pool.

Great Place

This was a great and cozy place to stay. We traveled for a wedding and enjoyed the space to get ready. Simon made the check in process very easy and smooth. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself again.

Clean, Quiet, & Spacious

This is the second time I stayed in this complex. The owner is very responsive, even with late evening texts to help with the internet. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout is nice because the rooms are on separate ends of the unit which creates a sense of privacy when staying with family members or friends. It is also pet friendly which is always a huge plus for me!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

The property is well maintained and out host, Simon, took care of everything. He is great to work with. Coffee maker (Krups) is sublime. Coffee and sugar available. Open concept, clean and very comfortable.

Outstanding place with great location

We enjoyed staying at this venue. From start to finish everything was excellent and the agent communicated with us making our stay beyond pleasant. We will definitely use this location again on our trip to south Texas.

Great place for family of 4!

The unit is incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, linens, and towels. You have everything you need. The location is prime and close to McAllen shops. The H‑E‑B grocery store down the street is such a bonus. The keyless door entry was great - and the wifi was fantastic to stream TV for our kids. Primary bedroom has comfortable king size bed. Both our toddlers shared the queen size bed in the second bedroom. The guest bathroom tub was great for toddler baths. The covered parking is also great - although we had perfect weather, but it would great to have in the rain or hot summer months. Simon, our host, is super responsive and just a text away. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway ! Attentive host !

Simon was the best! No other host had ever messaged to check on us and made sure we had an easy check in. The location was perfect and near a lot of the shops, perfect for my wife! The home was equipped with all the utensils we needed to cook and feel at home. Place was super clean and loved that we were able to relax and watch movies. The office desk and space to work from was definitely a bonus ! We stayed for four weeks and Simon made sure we were well taken care off! Definitely an attentive host !

Very accommodating and on top of things !

We were canceled last minute by a different host and Simon was gracious enough to host us. We stayed for a month and the place was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comy, the coffee station was splendid, we had both options for drip and K cups which worked out for me an my husband ! The dedicated workspace was a blessing since I was working from home. Would definitely recommend Simon and any of his properties he was always available and checked in on us which was thoughtful !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Some items were missing and Simon was right on it. Great to work with him. Problem with parts for dishwater so we did our own. Convenient to grocery shopping, movie theater, and Malls. Visited nearby golf courses. Felt safe in gated community. Outdoor pool opened late in our stay. Nice to have 2 covered parking spaces. Checked out a couple of hiking trails. Museums. Would highly recommend this place. Well equipped kitchen and toiletries. JC of MN

It was as described. The only real issue was the living room seating. That was corrected after 3 weeks. The dishwasher was not working, but that was not an issue. Quiet and safe area.

The owner forgot to send the check in information but it was all taken care that evening. House was very clean, no microwave but other then that we would rent again at the location.
