"Very clean cabin, beautiful lake view. Love the mattress in the bedroom, very quick response from staff for anything we needed. Love that there is a gas grill available for use but you will need your own grill utensils we used a butter knife and a fork to flip our burgers. Restaurant there was also great, delicious food, friendly staff and great drinks. The "beach" is just a sandbox by the lake. "Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations."

"Prompt & smooth check in, breakfast was very good, the room was small but clean, the one wall was stained but didn't affect my stay, just kind of yucky to look at. All in all for the price it was good value for the money compared to what other hotels in the area are charging."

"No drinking water. Breakfast was microwaved. Pool was empty. Room had a bad smell like a dirty hamper. We had a “Suite”, there was a heater/air conditioner in the back room but no airflow or vents in the front of the suite. The staff was amazing and kind, very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps the owners are new and they just purchased the property…I don’t know. I wish I could give a better review, if it was for the staff only my review would be stellar….but for the price point I was not...

"Everything needed a very good cleaning. The floors seemed sticky…. Attention to detail would make a big difference. The recliner chair was broken when I arrived and although I was booked to stay for a week and called about the matter twice, it was never addressed. Staff was excellent though, did their personal best, and worked very hard. Laundry facilities were top notch. Parking was easy and free. "
